I know if you ask Chuck, he'll
say "we have a lot going on right now" That would be an
understatement.
The 2nd Quarter finished of with nice consistent growth,
and the 3rd Quarter has shown our growth pattern to continue.
The updating of the Phoenix facility is underway, with
new paint, electrical fixtures & some new furnishings.
Additional power units along with trailers were purchased
in Q-2, we have seen the Fleet Services expense start to
decline with the new Sterlings and Freightliners.
We have numerous new revenue streams that are coming
into play, and by September some of them will be in place
which will be great news to share with everybody.
We will be unveiling a 401(K) program very soon for all
employees, the most exciting part of this plan will be the
employer match,
which means CAZF will match a percentage of the employees
401(K) contribution.
Last but not least we have purchased a top of the line
computer platform, this will allow our customers to track
shipments, retreive documents, request pick ups - all via
the web. In addition to the customer aspect, the new platform
will insure all functions will done in a process orientated
fashion.
